Double Plateau Holdings was established in 2025, built on two decades of principal-led private investment. We act as principals in everything we do and measure outcomes in decades.
We do not manage outside capital. We answer to no investment committee, no fund lifecycle, and no quarterly reporting obligation. That independence is not incidental to our approach — it is the source of our advantage.
We focus exclusively on private markets, where relationship, judgment, and patience create durable edges unavailable to institutional capital operating under shorter time horizons. Our partners are operators and owners who want a long-term investor, not a short-cycle counterpart.

We have no mandate that forces a preferred instrument. Equity, structured debt, hybrid arrangements — the structure follows the opportunity, not the other way around. This flexibility allows us to participate where others cannot, and to create terms that reflect the actual risk and value of each transaction.
